Cách cấu hình và sửa lỗi Outlook Express

Chọn:

4. Bật chức năng tải POP cho tất cả thư hoặc Bật POP cho thư đến từ bây giờ trở đi
5. Lưu thay đổi.

Phần 2. Thiết lập trong Outlook Express:

1. Mở Outlook hoặc Outlook Express.
2. Click vào Tools menu, and chọn Accounts...
3. Click Add, và rồi click Mail...

4. Nhập tên của bạn tại mục Display name: field, và click Next.
5. Tiếp tục nhập địa chỉ email của bạn (dạng tendoanhnghiep@dng.vn tendoanhnghiep@dng.vn hoặc tendoanhnghiep@hno.vn tendoanhnghiep@hno.vn ).

6. Nhập "pop.gmail.com"  vào Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: . Nhập smtp.gmail.com vào Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:. Tiếp tục click Next.

7. Nhập địa chỉ email và mật khẩu cho tài khoản của bạn. Tiếp tục Next.

8. Click Finish.
9. Chọn pop.gmail.com trong tài khoản của bạn, và click Properties.

10. Click vào tab Advanced. Điền thông tin theo hình sau:

11. Quay lại tab Servers, và chọn vào "My server requires authentication".

12. Click Apply -> OK.

Một số lỗi thường gặp với Outlook Express

và cách khắc phục:

Lỗi: Repeatedly prompted for your username and password or 'invalid credentials' error.

Khắc phục: Enable POP in Gmail. Clear the captcha. If you're a Google Apps user, visit https://www.google.com/a/dng.vn/UnlockCaptcha. Be sure to replace 'dng.vn' with your actual domain name.

Lỗi: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Gmail', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Khắc phục: On the Advanced, tab of your POP client, set Incoming mail (POP3): to 995.

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was ' example@gmail.com example@gmail.com '. Khắc phục: On the Servers tab of your POP client, enable My server requires authentication beneath Outgoing Mail Server.

Khắc phục: On the Advanced tab of your POP client, enable This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) for the POP server.

Khắc phục: On the Advanced tab of your POP client, enable This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) for the SMTP server.

Lỗi: The host 'smpt.gmail.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop.gmail.com', Server: 'smpt.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D.

Khắc phục: On the Servers tab, change smpt.gmail.com to smtp.gmail.com.

Lỗi: An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Gmail', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800C0133.

Khắc phục: In your POP client, click File > Folder > Compress All Folders.
